To remove all your synced settings stored in the OneDrive, navigate to this OneDrive link. Microsoft recently added a new OneDrive icon into the File Explorer to get the details of the Onedrive in the file explorer itself. In the Desktop Properties windows, select the Location tab and click Move. Then, find the Desktop folder in the C drive and right-click it, select Properties. This new feature can help launch the OneDrive application settings directly from Windows 11 File Explorer. Go to the OneDrive folder and create a new folder named Desktop. It will stop your settings and preferences to sync on cloud.
